Wow, had a great day today. First, I was welcomed in the morning by a wonderful email from Kyle Garcia, owner of the Pheonix Gallery Topeka (in Kansas). We had a great email conversation about my seascapes. She has a local client that would like one to remember her days in California. Like a lot of collectors, he wants larger images (okay, I’m finally listening!). I do need to paint larger, but I really like the immediacy of a small piece. Maybe I have a short attention span 😉 In any case, I have vowed to work larger. She’s asked to see some pieces to show at his gallery in June sometime. More on that later.
